Aimee Messinger is the Senior Staff Accountant for California Gold Development Corporation. After her honorable discharge from the United States Air Force, she began her accounting career in financial analysis and general ledger maintenance. She earned Accounting and Business Administration degrees from University of Great Falls, Montana. The majority of her post-graduate experience has been working within some of California’s large central valley agricultural food processing facilities. She has worked closely with the Controllers and Chief Financial Officers of both private and public entities. In addition, she has been instrumental in establishing policies and procedures within the accounting departments she has worked. She has assisted in streamlining processes and establishing efficient and thorough general ledger reconciliation schedules for internal and external uses. Throughout her accounting career, she has cultivated positive internal customer relationships.
In late 2019, Aimee joined the California Gold Accounting Department. She has adapted quickly to the construction and property management environments and is continuing to grow within the organization. She has assumed the processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance and reconciliations. She works with the Development Project Managers in paying the construction progress billing invoices and tracking the multitude of waiver and release documents. She assists the property manager in tracking and reporting the common area maintenance expenses to their tenants. She has been an uplifting addition to our group and she works closely with the rest of the Management Team to help lead the Company to its next level of growth and prosperity.
Aimee is a native to Calaveras County and she moved back to the area in 2015 with her husband, David and their two children. They have recently been welcomed to the Tuolumne County community and enjoy their time exploring the foothills.
