Douglas Winter

Douglas joined California Gold Development Corp. in 2026 as an Assistant Development Project Manager, bringing a background in finance, supply chain management, procurement, and project coordination. Prior to joining California Gold, Douglas spent three years with Solar Turbines, where he managed a diverse portfolio of suppliers and was responsible for procurement, supplier performance, delivery execution, and cross-functional coordination in support of complex manufacturing operations. Before joining Solar Turbines, Douglas spent a year with Bumble Bee Seafoods, gaining additional experience in supply chain and business operations.

At California Gold, Douglas supports commercial real estate projects throughout the development lifecycle, working alongside the development and construction teams on due diligence, entitlements, procurement, project coordination, and construction-related activities. His background in supply chain management and finance provides him with a strong foundation for managing vendors, schedules, budgets, and project requirements while helping move projects from the early stages of development through construction and completion.

Douglas earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Point Loma Nazarene University in 2022. He is passionate about continuing to expand his knowledge and experience in commercial real estate development while contributing to the long-term growth and success of California Gold.

Outside of work, Douglas enjoys staying active through weightlifting, CrossFit, cycling, hiking, and surfing. He and his wife also enjoy traveling and spending time outdoors. Douglas is actively involved in his community and church and values opportunities to serve and build meaningful relationships with others.
