Laura Teaney

Laura serves as the Project Administration Manager at Cal Gold Construction Corp., where she supports Construction Team Operations and drives efficiency across all administrative functions. While she began her career in the Property Management Division, she quickly transitioned into construction—a field she finds both challenging and rewarding, and one that allows her to leverage her strengths in organization and problem-solving.

Reporting directly to the Director of Construction, Laura oversees the Construction Project Coordinators and supports critical project functions, including scheduling, budgeting, and safety coordination. She takes a hands-on approach to leadership, guiding coordinator training and development to ensure clarity, consistency, and strong project support across all teams.

Laura holds a Certificate in Construction Management from the University of California, Davis, and brings a diverse professional background spanning logistics, public utilities, and healthcare. Outside of work, she enjoys camping, skiing, and road trips—especially when exploring new destinations throughout the Sierra Nevadas.
