Nate Patterson

As an Assistant Project Manager with a proven track record in both construction and development projects, Nate brings expertise in managing high-end retail construction in Southern California. With notable achievements including the successful renovation and tenant improvement work at prominent landmarks such as the US Bank Tower, South Coast Plaza Mall, and Pioneer Place Mall, Nate has demonstrated his adeptness in delivering projects of significant scale and complexity.

At Cal Gold, Nate has transitioned into a multifaceted role encompassing both construction and development project management. Nate is involved in projects from initial entitlement stages through to the completion of construction. His understanding of the entire project lifecycle, coupled with strong leadership skills, enables him to navigate complexities of each project from start to finish.

Nate has received a Bachelor’s degree from the Argyros College of Business and Economics at Chapman University. Beyond his professional endeavors, Nate and his wife Rachel actively engage with his local community, demonstrating a commitment to service through involvement with his church in Huntington Beach.

Outside of work, Nate finds solace in outdoor pursuits, indulging in activities such as fishing, camping, and surfing.
