Prior to joining California Gold Construction Corp in 2026, as the Director of Accounting & Finance, Seth served as Controller for a Developer & Construction Company located in California’s Central Valley, specializing in Multi-Family Housing development & construction, overseeing all administrative operations, including accounting, project accounting, HR, payroll, compliance, insurance, banking, audits, and policy development for multiple operating companies and more than a dozen special-purpose entities.

 

Seth began building his career foundation serving as a Staff Accountant and Systems Supervisor with Kemper CPA Group, LLC, where he supported a diverse client base through accounting, auditing, and tax engagements, including complex bookkeeping, audit preparation, and federal, state, and local tax return preparation, as well as accounting research and client advisory support.

 

Throughout his career, Seth has demonstrated a strong ability to build scalable systems and proactive compliance frameworks. His prior roles at Flory Industries included Compliance & Special Projects Manager, Assistant Controller, Human Resource Manager, and Safety Manager, where he led companywide audits, government reporting, incentive compensation programs, workforce development partnerships, and safety initiatives that reduced risk and insurance costs.

 

Seth has also served his community as an elected Board Trustee and Board President for the Stanislaus Union School District.

 

Seth holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from California State University, Stanislaus. He has been a member of SHRM and the Accounting Society and brings a hands-on, practical leadership style grounded in accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.

 

Seth enjoys working on and building custom cars & trucks with his sons. He finds the most gusto spending the summer months on Lake Don Pedro wakeboarding, surfing, & hanging out with his family & friends.
