Tracy Flora

With more than 25 years in the construction industry, Tracy brings a uniquely comprehensive perspective to the development process. Her experience spans General Contracting, Subcontracting, Engineering, Architecture, and construction accounting, giving her a distinctive understanding of both the financial and technical sides of a project.

She has contributed to projects across the Commercial, Healthcare, Hospitality, Education, Residential and Transportation Sectors.

Throughout her career, Tracy has developed a deep understanding of what it takes to move a project from initial concept and site acquisition through design, construction, and final delivery. Her ability to see a project from multiple perspectives allows her to anticipate challenges, identify opportunities, and bring clarity to complex decisions before they become costly issues.

As the Pre-Construction Manager, Tracy works closely with the Owners, Developers, Architects, Engineers, and Contractors to establish a strong foundation for each project. Her approach is centered on protecting the developer’s vision and investment while creating the strategy, budget, and execution plan necessary to bring that vision successfully to completion.

Tracy loves spending time with her family, cooking, gardening, playing golf and attending concerts.
